Library at St Paul’s Catholic Church, MI Summerside P.E.I
"MI Summerside has established a library at the St Paul’s Catholic Church in Summerside. The Library, called the "Kolbe Library", is hosted in the parish centre and operated by the MI Summerside Village. Greg and Charlene Hébert work tirelessly to catalogue and keep up with donations to the library. The library has grown so quickly that it has to be moved to a bigger room in the parish centre and is also to be the coordination point for the catechetical work in the parish, since 5 of the 7 teachers of catechism department are members of the MI. It will now be called the "Kolbe Library and Resource Centre". A donation of $300 was recently made to the library for the purchase of new library books. The MI Summerside Village as worked with the Legion of Mary in the parish to animate a "Living Rosary" each month for families

"Fr. Patrick Greenough, National President of the Militia of the Immaculata (MI), visited with the Summerside Village on Saturday 28th August, 2010. He presented two talks, one on St. Maximilian Kolbe and the other on the Militia of the Immaculata (MI). It was a wonderful well-spent day and we felt supported by his encouragement and positive feedback."
