MI Prayer Intentions for 2006
Praying with the Immaculata!
UNITE WITH MI MEMBERS in daily renewal of your
Marian consecration while petitioning the intercession
of the Immaculata, month by month, throughout 2006.
Daily Renewal of Total Consecration
Immaculata, Queen and Mother of the Church, I renew
my consecration to you this day and for always, so that
you may use me for the coming of the Kingdom of Jesus
in the whole world. To this end I offer you all my prayers,
actions and sacrifices of this day.
Daily Miraculous Medal Prayer of St. Maximilian
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have
recourse to you, and for all those who do not have
recourse to you, especially the enemies of the Church
and those recommended to you.
Immaculata, please intercede . . .
JANUARY
That, with you, we discover our identity as
creatures made in the image and likeness of the
Trinity and learn to be instruments of peace.
FEBRUARY
That we welcome you as a concrete model to become
like your son Jesus and that we know how to love, respect
and defend life in all its stages and conditions.
MARCH
That, faced with the difficulties of everyday life,
we learn from you how to appreciate the certainty
that nothing is impossible with God.
APRIL
That, like you, we make Christ’s resurrection the heart
of our faith and of our work to announce the Gospel.
MAY
That we learn from you to magnify the Lord
our Savior who casts down the mighty from
their thrones and lifts up the lowly. JUNE
That, with you, Eucharistic Lady, we approach
the banquet of life so as to allow ourselves to
grasp the dynamic presence of Christ.
JULY
That we make of our love and devotion towards
you a priceless heritage to cultivate, in order
to live better our Christian vocation, and
be a great source for evangelization.
AUGUST
That, following St. Kolbe, we become promoters
of the culture of self-giving which flows from the
heart of God and from your maternal heart.
SEPTEMBER
That, with your help and following your example,
we promote in our community activities what ever
is more attentive to the needs of those who suffer.
OCTOBER
That every believer, following the example of
apostle John, embraces you in order to be molded by you. NOVEMBER
That women, with you as their model,
might live their own vocation with attitudes
of humility, listening, faithfulness and praise.
DECEMBER
That you continue, through us, to revive
in the hearts of all love for your Son Jesus,
the only Savior of the world.
Pope Benedict XVI
"The fiat of Mary, the word of her heart, has changed the
history of the world, because it brought the Savior into
the world-because, thanks to her YES, God could
become man in our world and remains so for all time."
St. Maximilian Kolbe
"Mary is the most perfect and most holy work of God, for
as St. Bonaventure said, ‘God can create a greater and
more perfect world, but He cannot exalt a creature to
higher dignity than that to which he exalted Mary.’"
